Dr. Mark Mofid received his B.A. from Harvard University, where he graduated first in his class. Dr. Mark Mofid went on to earn his medical degree from John Hopkins University. After graduating, Dr. Mofid assisted several different plastic surgeons in California. After Dr. Mofid realized he knew more about plastic surgery than many veterans in his field, Dr. Mofid knew it was time open a private practice. Dr. Mofid’s longing to do more for people came back. He began his practice with the idea of charging less and still giving patients more for their money.

In addition to having his own practice, Dr. Mark Mofid assists as a doctor in several hospitals in San Diego. Moreover, Dr. Mark Mofid is a volunteer teacher at the University of California. Dr. Mofid oversees the plastic surgeon department, and he makes sure ever graduate understands the newest technology on the market. The majority of the successful plastic surgeons in California credit their success to Dr. Mark Mofid.

In addition to his medical work, Dr. Mofid runs several different fundraisers throughout the year. Each fundraiser he runs is geared towards helping children in need.
